Ojas is designed to help women cleanse negative, dense energy, and embrace their feminine energy through daily meditations. Feel confident, abundant, sensual, and magnetic in just 10 minutes per day.

What if I don’t know how to meditate?

The meditations on Ojas are like listening to a soothing podcast every day! Meditation can take many forms, so you don't have to sit still for hours to see results.

How long does it take to complete the daily meditation?

On average, it takes 10 minutes each day. You can practice at any time of the day, all you need is a few minutes of uninterrupted time.

What are the benefits?

Members notice feeling more calm, peaceful, and in tune with their bodies. Practicing daily is their act of self-love, and the simple act alone makes them feel better.

How fast can I see result?

What we love about mindfulness and meditation is that you don’t need fancy equipment or years of practice to see results: you could start feeling better within minutes of listening to the daily meditations. What formats does the content come in?

Meditations are available in video format within the app, but Ojas Club is primarily an audio experience.
